Abstract
medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rod adapted for introducing it into fistula entrance and cutting instrument coupled with the rod with common base. The common base joins the rod and the cutting instrument so that the rod remains parallel to the cutting instrument. Disk-shaped stabilizer is set inside of cutting instrument casing to enable sliding to take place. The stabilizer supports the rod to remain parallel to the cutting instrument. To hold the stabilizer near the cutting instrument en, a spring is mounted. The excised portions of the fistula duct slide between the rod and the cutting instrument and push the stabilizer compressing the spring in this way. EFFECT: minimum cavity size in removing the fistula; accelerated anal tissue healing process. 5 cl, 1 dwg
