Abstract
medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular needle with cannula, fixing member designed as fixing groove, connection member with a through canal and arrester member mounted on external thread, drilling member that is to be brought through the through canal and having toothed working end for drilling bone tissue. The device has drilling member handle and needle handle. The needle handle is separable and has faceted socket for receiving faceted needle cannula which depth is equal to cannula depth. Drilling member collector shorter than the needle by cannula length. Fixing member is on the drilling member handle which groove is manufactured on the connection member. The needle tube is not greater than drilling member rod diameter and has self-tapping thread on the working end surface larger than drilling member diameter. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 cl, 7 dwg
