23 Jul DEVICE FOR GUIDING CUTTING INSTRUMENT IN SETTING CYLINDRICAL DENTAL IMPLANT AND METHOD FOR INTRODUCING DENTAL IMPLANTS
Abstract
FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has cutting instrument guide member manufactured as bushing having central through canal. The bushing is built-in into cylinder bottom part. The bottom part has saddle-shaped slot and elastic clamp resting upon jaw to provide equithickness of bone tissue between lateral implant surface and external jaw surface. The method involves cutting-out V-shaped mucoperiosteal flaps formed by cruciform incision, separating the created flaps, fixing device for guiding cutting instrument relative to bone tissue of alveolar process of jaw and attaching it to the jaw, drilling bone canal, screwing-in an implant into the canal, placing mucoperiosteal flaps to their original position. ^ EFFECT: accelerated patient rehabilitation; improve blood flow to healing place; excluded implant misarrangement. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
