Device for culturing cell by negative pressure

Device for culturing cell by negative pressure

Abstract

The utility model relates to a device for culturing cell by negative pressure in-vitro, which solves the problems that the current device has slow cell proliferation and can not meet the tissue engineering cell demand and provide ideal gas-liquid interface for cell culture. The device for culturing cell by negative pressure comprises a liquid storage tank, a silicone tube, a glass tube, a diaphragm capsule pressure meter, a flow valve, a high-pressure tank, a minipump, a peristaltic pump, a millipore filter membrane and a 0.22mu m filter, wherein the liquid storage tank is connected with a cell culture tank through the glass tube; the cell culture tank is connected through the glass tube with the diaphragm capsule pressure meter and the flow valve and forms negative pressure through the minipump; the cell is connected with the liquid storage tank through the silicone tube with the peristaltic pump; the high-pressure tank is connected with the liquid storage tank through the silicone tube, thus being capable of not only ensuring the carbon dioxide environment needed by cell growth but also forming the negative pressure. The utility model not only can accurately simulate in-vivo cell pressure environment to provide better support for in-vivo experiments, but also can largely augment the needed in-vitro cell types.
