Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has laser radiation source, manipulation unit provided with end piece, acoustic gage and laser. Circuit has unit for building control signal having circuit for comparing acoustic gage signal spectral components selected by applying band filters operating in acoustic oscillation frequency bandwidth specific for laser radiation interaction with cardiac muscle tissue and blood.
