DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT CERVICAL VERTEBRAE FIXATION

DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT CERVICAL VERTEBRAE FIXATION

Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has base manufactured as cylindrical bushing having longitudinal axis, a pair of identical cutting blades rigidly symmetrically arranged on the base relative to its longitudinal axis and belonging to the same plane arranged in perpendicular to the axis, and means for receiving and capturing bone tissue proliferating after setting a device between cervical vertebrae having a pair of through holes in the bushing body preferentially being coaxial and their common axis coincides with symmetry axis of the cutting blades. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in repairing cervical vertebral column segment axis and providing cutting blades stability. ^ 4 cl, 7 dwg
