Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has injection needle having piercing and cutting part of hemispheric shape, discharge member of triangular shape and pavilion having notch. The discharge member is arranged with its broad base on external surface of injection needle at an angle and with its tip turned towards the pavilion.
