Abstract
The invention relates to a device and a method for detecting the pulsating pressure of a tissue engineering myocardial cell. According to the device, the size of the pressure intensity of a myocardial cell culture room can be regulated by respectively injecting and discharging clean air in and out of the myocardial cell culture room, and the size of the pulsating pressure of the myocardial cell is measured by observing pulsating conditions of the myocardial cell by virtue of a microscope at the different pressure intensities; in the measurement process, the pressure intensity is increased, when an operator observes that the myocardial cell in the culture room stops beating suddenly, a value displayed by a pressure meter is a systolic pressure, then the pressure intensity is decreased until reaching a moment when the operator observes that the myocardial cell beats again, and the value displayed by the pressure meter at the moment is a diastolic pressure. As the device is provided with high-precision measuring instruments and a micro-pressure regulating device, the measured data is accurate and reliable.
