Abstract
The invention relates to a detection method and device for the transparency of a tissue engineering cornea. The detection device comprises a hardware part and a software part, wherein the hardware part is composed of a control unit, a tissue engineering cornea detection executing unit, a signal transmission unit and a power supply unit. The control unit comprises an industrial personal computer which is internally inserted with a data acquisition card. The tissue engineering cornea detection executing unit comprises two illumination sensors, two metal boxes, a semi-transparent and semi-reflecting light splitting sheet, a metal box body with a drawer type cover, a small-sized semiconductor laser device and a light splitting sheet optical bracket. The signal transmission unit comprises a data cable, a junction box and an illumination sensor cable. The power supply unit comprises a power line, a 220V-to-12-24V 50W direct current switch power supply and a special power supply adapter for the small-sized semiconductor laser device. The detection device for the transparency of the tissue engineering cornea is simple and practical, high in measurement sensitivity, high in precision and strong in universality, can automatically store data and conveniently store the data and is stable in performance.
