Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pin 1 having head part 2 produced as truncated cone with slope angle of 15 deg and two semicircular grooves 3. Neck 4 of pin 1 is designed as projection joined as monolith to head part 2. Root part 5 is cylindrical in shape and provided with layer 6 of wollastonite-apatite ceramics being 300-500 mcm in size and possessing penetrating permeability. Ceramics layer width is equal to the projection width. EFFECT: tight and reliable connection due to bone tissue proliferating into wollastonite-apatite ceramics layer pores; prolonged service life. 1 dwgl
