23 Jul Degradable magnesium/zinc-containing apatite porous composite biological scaffold
Abstract
The invention discloses a degradable magnesium/zinc-containing apatite porous composite biological scaffold which is prepared by the following steps: treating a bovine calcined cancellous bone mineral porous scaffold by a magnesium-source/zinc-source/phosphorus-source-containing ternary system, taking out, drying, and carrying out high-temperature calcination. Phosphorus, magnesium and zinc are effectively doped into a bovine calcined cancellous bone mineral porous scaffold with the complex and ingenious three-dimensional intercommunication mesh structure of the natural bone mineral, and the calcined bovine cancellous bone simple-substance porous hydroxyapatite is converted into the bone-activity-ion-magnesium/zinc-doped degradable porous apatite bioceramic. The magnesium/zinc-containing apatite porous composite biological scaffold has a favorable three-dimensional intercommunication mesh structure, and has favorable osteoconductivity, degradability and mechanical strength; and the animal bone defect region transplantation experiment detects that the composite biological scaffold has favorable biocompatibility and favorable bone repair effects. The composite biological scaffold can satisfy the ideal conditions for bone transplantation alternate materials or bone tissue engineering scaffold materials.
