23 Jul Degradable enzyme-sensitive polyurethane material for tissue repair and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a degradable enzyme-sensitive polyurethane material for tissue repair. The material is composed of polymer diol, isocyanate and enzyme-sensitive peptide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polyurethane material, which comprises the following steps: enabling polymer diol, diisocyanate and catalyst to react for 2-8 hours at 50-120 DEG C to obtain a prepolymer; and adding specific enzyme-sensitive peptide into the prepolymer for reaction, and enabling the reaction to last for 4-48 hours at 25-100 DEG C to obtain the product. The degradability of the degradable enzyme-sensitive polyurethane is realized through the soft segment and (or) hard segment of polyurethane, and the introduction of enzyme-sensitive peptide improves the biocompatibility of polyurethane and the matching property of the degradation rate and tissue growth rate. The material disclosed by the invention is of great significance to the control of the degradation property of biomedical polyurethane, and meets the requirement of the degradation property of the polyurethane material autonomously responding to the tissue growth rate in the application of tissue engineering.
