23 Jul Degradable dendritic phosphate ester polymer
Abstract
The invention discloses a degradable dendritic phosphate ester polymer, and belongs to the technical field of functional polymer materials. 2-chloro-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane (COP) is taken as the raw material, 3-butyne-1-ol is used to alkynylation modification on the terminal end of COP to obtain butynyl phospholane (BYP); then hydroxy terminated first-generation polyamide-amine (PAMAM) dendritic macromolecules are taken as the initiator to trigger the ring opening polymerization of BYP, and through controlling the ratio of PAMAN and BYP, a series of dendritic phosphate ester polymers (PBYP) with different chain lengths can be obtained. The obtained polymer has good biodegradability and biocompatibility and can be applied to the biomedical fields such as drug deliver, tissue engineering, and the like.
