Degradable composite nanofiber as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a degradable composite nanofiber. The composite nanofiber is prepared from star-shaped poly(L-lactide), poly trimethylene carbonate and poly epsilon-caprolactone through an electrostatic spinning method, wherein the weight ratio of the three components is (40-60) to (10-30) to (20-40). The degradable composite nanofiber is characterized in that the star-shaped poly(L-lactide) takes pentaerythritol as a core. The invention further discloses a preparation method and application of the degradable composite nanofiber. The degradable composite nanofiber is small in diameter, uniform in distribution and large in specific surface area, has excellent mechanical property and biodegradation property, can meet demands of tissue engineering material, and is beneficial to the adhesion, growth and differentiation of cells. Meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and controllable, and is beneficial to batch industrial production.
