The decellularized pulmonary support prepared by a langendorff injection system is clean in cell removal, a three-dimensional structure and an extracellular matrix protein are reserved completely, and the fusion, cellularization and vascularization are good 6 weeks after allograft subcutaneous transplanting. A preparation method of the decellularized pulmonary support is high in efficiency and simple in step, can be applied to batch production and has a good application prospect in the fields of tissue engineering lungs and loose organs.
