The cytokine extract is prepared by fully uniformly mixing whole blood with an anticoagulant, performing centrifugation, taking an intermediate layer out, adding normal saline to dilute the intermediate layer, adding an erythrocyte lysate and/or menstrual blood-derived stem cell liquid, performing standing and centrifugation, collecting the intermediate layer, performing repetitive freeze-thawing between 37 DEG C and -80 DEG C, performing centrifugation, and taking the supernatant out to obtain a cytokine extract; or makingmenstrual blood-derived stem cells into a cell liquid with normal saline, performing repetitive freeze-thawing between 37 DEG C and -80 DEG C, performing centrifugation, and taking the supernatant out to obtain a cytokine extract. The provided cytokine extract can effectively induce stem cell proliferation and cartilage differentiation in vitro. The preparation method is simple, is available in raw materials, and is effective and safe. The cytokine extract has great application potential in the field of cartilage tissue engineering and is convenient for popularization and application in largescale.
