Abstract
The invention discloses a Cyprinus carpio var. Koi Gtpch2 gene, an encoding protein and application of the Gtpch2 gene and belongs to the technical field of gene engineering. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the Cyprinus carpio var. Koi Gtpch2 gene is characterized by comprising nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:2 shown in the description. The invention further discloses a recombinant expression vector and a recombinant strain with the Cyprinus carpio var. Koi Gtpch2 gene and application of the recombinant expression vector and the recombinant strain in detecting Gtpch2 immunoblotting and immunohistochemical of fishes. The Cyprinus carpio var. Koi Gtpch2 gene is obtained through cloning for a first time, in addition, an expression vector and a recombinant escherichia coli strain are reconstructed by using the gene, a Cyprinus carpio var. Koi Gtpch2 protein in massive expression is obtained from the recombinant escherichia coli strain in vitro, and the protein can beapplied to tissue immunology experiment such as immunohistochemical and immunoblotting to detect and analyze expression and positioning of the Gtpch2 protein in fish tissue.
