Abstract

Koi Gtpch2 protein in massive expression is obtained from the recombinant escherichia coli strain in vitro, and the protein can beapplied to tissue immunology experiment such as immunohistochemical and immunoblotting to detect and analyze expression and positioning of the Gtpch2 protein in fish tissue.
