Abstract
The invention discloses cyclodextrin and graphene oxide bi-crosslinking hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, graphene oxide and alpha-cyclodextrin are utilized as physical crosslinking agents, and the bi-crosslinking hydrogel is prepared in a bi-physical-crosslinking mode through a one-step method. The graphene oxide is utilized as the physical crosslinking agent, the specific surface area is large, and macromolecular chain adsorption is facilitated; meanwhile, rich oxygen-containing groups are arranged on the surface, so that dispersity of graphene oxide nanosheet layers in polymer is improved, and interaction force between the graphene oxide nanosheet layers and macromolecular chains is enhanced; the alpha-cyclodextrin is utilized as the physical crosslinking agent, so that good water solubility is achieved, and cost is low; meanwhile, toxic chemical crosslinking agents and heavy metal ions are prevented from being introduced, so that biocompatibility of the hydrogel is improved. By means of the bi-physical-crosslinking mode, the cyclodextrin and graphene oxide bi-crosslinking hydrogel disclosed by the invention has a good mechanical property, good thermoplasticity and a good shape memory function, has higher tensile and compression strength and can be applied to the fields of tissue engineering, intelligent device preparation and the like.
