Abstract
The invention discloses a curve interference based functionally-gradient artificial bone scaffold preparation method. The method includes steps: S1, creating a real bone model by CT scanning of bone data of a patient and mimics software based reverse modeling; S2, analyzing a bone lesion in reverse modeling by further adopting mimics software; S3, after analysis of the bone lesion, treating necrosis areas, and extracting; S4, designing an artificial bone scaffold with functional gradients by the aid of three-dimensional modeling software; S5, performing 3D printing of the artificial bone scaffold according to a ratio of 1:1, and transplanting the artificial bone scaffold to the bone lesion. Individual tissue engineering scaffolds can be quickly and accurately prepared according to demandsof different patients, integral construction of complex morphologies and internal microstructures of the scaffolds can be realized, and important guidance significance to bone tissue repair is achieved.
