Abstract

The culture method comprises the following steps of carrying out gene gun bombardment on a meristem mass, carrying out basta screening, and carrying out GUS dyeing, PCR detection and herbicide resistance detection on a plant having resistance so that the transgenic plant is determined. The culture method builds a high-efficiency wheat in-vitro regeneration and genetic transformation system, and solves the problem that the existing wheat has high regeneration difficulty, low genetic transformation efficiency and poor stability.
