Abstract
The invention relates to a culture box for producing tissue engineering skin. The culture box comprises a bottom box with a liquid-changing groove, a box cover and culture brackets, wherein the culture brackets are spread in a single layer in the bottom box. When using the culture box of the invention, the box cover is only needed to be opened three times during the whole culture period so as to greatly reduce the probability that the product is polluted and largely increase the reliability during the culture process; during culture and production process, the culture space can be saved, the operation sequences can be reduced and the production efficiency can be increased so as to greatly reduce the production cost and realize mass production; the standardized production and operation are easy to realize and the product quality is very stable; and the culture box of the invention has lighter weight, is not easy to break up, and can realize automatic or semi-automatic manipulator operation during the culture and production of the tissue engineering skin, dramatically reduce the labor intensity, increase the production efficiency and provide the basis for the mass production of the tissue engineering skin.
