Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of nanofibers, and in particular relates to a crosslinking rubber nanofiber material, and a production method and applications thereof. The production method of the crosslinking rubber nanofiber material comprises the following steps: preparing rubber nanofiber including vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing additive by an electrospinning technology; then coating with a protective layer to produce the fiber with a core-shell structure; at last hot-vulcanizing the coated fiber, and thus obtaining the crosslinking rubber nanofiber material. The material provided by the invention has the advantages of small diameter, light weight, large specific surface area, small aperture size, easiness in surface functionalization, excellent physical and mechanical properties, high elasticity, excellent solvent resistance and the like, and can be applied to medical material, reinforcing and toughening material, energy-saving composite material, filtering and blocking material, nanometer template material, textile and garment material, sensing detection material, scaffold for tissue engineering and other aspects.
