Abstract
The invention relates to an alkyl-substituted epsilon-caprolactone based crosslinkable and degradable polyester, and a preparation method and application thereof. The polyester is mainly prepared by polymerizing alkyl-substituted epsilon-caprolactone and performing double-bond treatment at the terminal group under initiation of benzene dimethanol or polyethylene glycol. The polyester provided by the invention is in a liquid state under a normal-temperature normal-pressure condition, is safe to animals or human bodies, has the function of sustained drug release, and can be used for preparing a surface-patterned bio-material, a bioelastomer or a tissue engineering stent with drug-loaded sustained-release function.
