Abstract

The invention provides a covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel and a hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the fields of tissue engineering and medical materials. Thepreparation method comprises the following steps of using hyaluronic acid as the raw material to prepare a hyaluronic acid water solution; using 1,4-butyl glycol diglycidyl ether, or ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, or polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (n=10; molecular weight=500) as a crosslinking agent; enabling the crosslinking agent and the hyaluronic acid to generate the chemical crosslinking via covalent bonds by a freeze-drying technique, so as to prepare the covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel; soaking the covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel into purified water, and enabling the covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel to absorb water and swell, so as to obtain the covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid hydrogel. The covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel has the advantages that the liquid absorbing property is good; the covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel can quickly absorb water and swell to form the covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid hydrogel. The covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid hydrogel formed by the covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel absorbing water and swelling has good stability and anti-enzyme degradation property. The covalent crosslinking type hyaluronic acid aerogel has good application prospect in the fields of tissue engineering and medical materials.
