Abstract
The invention provides cosmetic detection. The invention applies a tissue engineering method, takes a polycarbonate membrane as the stent, and adopts human skin keratinocytes as the cell source to construct a tissue engineering epidermal model. HE dyeing, immunofluorescent dyeing detection and transmission electron microscope observation show that the constructed tissue engineering epidermal model has good differentiation, and has a similar structure to normal epidermis: a basement membrane, a spinous layer, a granular layer and a stratum corneum. The IC50 value of the tissue engineering epidermal model is 0.183%. The tissue engineering epidermal model constructed on the polycarbonate membrane has a structure similar to normal epidermis, and has certain barrier function.
