Abstract
The invention discloses a cord blood mesenchyme stem cell as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The CD105 positive (CD105+) cord blood mesenchyme stem cell is prepared through separation by using the method comprising the following steps of: (1) mixing a single cell suspension from the cord blood mesenchyme stem with a fluorescently labeled CD105 monoclonal antibody; and (2) sorting to obtain the CD105 positive (CD105+) cord blood mesenchyme stem cell through a flow cytometer. The CD105 positive (CD105+) cord blood mesenchyme stem cell can be used as a tissue engineering seed cell and/or used for preparing tissue engineering bone grafts.
