Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a controllable hydraulic bioreactor used in tissue engineering, which includes a tank-body and a head cover. A controllable hydraulic system is provided at the upper part of the head cover; a circulation perfusion system is provided at the lower part of the tank body; a flexible membrane is provided in the tank body, and the flexible membrane divides the cavity formed by the tank body and the head cover into a culturing cavity and a pressuring cavity; a porous barrier is provided at the lower part of the culturing cavity.
