Controllable biodegradable copolymer with alkaline copolymerization center

Abstract

The invention provides a controllable biodegradable copolymer with an alkaline copolymerization center. The copolymer is prepared from lactide, caprolactone and the alkaline copolymerization center with different rotation ratio; and the copolymer can improve pH value reduction caused by polylactic acid degradation and can improve the biocompatibility of the copolymer. The biodegradable copolymer provided by the invention has excellent mechanical strength, biocompatibility and pH adjusting function, and can be widely applied to carriers or devices used in the field of tissue engineering, particularly applied to preparation of nerve conduits.
