Abstract
The invention discloses a constructing method of a tissue engineering product and a system thereof. In the method, cells are planted on one side of stent material, and the dehydration is carried out on the other side of the stent material. The device of the invention comprises a culturing room, a drying device and a fixing device for accommodating the stent material. The first side of the fixing device faces towards the culturing room. And the space surrounded between the fixing device and the culturing room is the culturing space. The second side of the fixing device faces towards a dehydration room, and the space surrounded between the fixing device and the dehydration room is the dehydration space. The constructing method of the tissue engineering product and the system thereof can provide cells with proper growing environment, obtain product tissue engineering products by culturing and simultaneously lowering the water content of the tissue engineering product effectively and reduce various defects caused by the high water content of the tissue engineering product.
