Construction of autologous tissue engineering blood vessel by using large-aperture parallel polycaprolactone electrospun cotton

Abstract

The invention relates to large-aperture parallel polycaprolactone (PCL) electrospun cotton, and belongs to the technical field of biomedical engineering. The invention further provides a tissue blood vessel engineering scaffold and a tissue engineering blood vessel prepared by the electrospun cotton. The construction of the autologous tissue engineering blood vessel by using the large-aperture parallel PCL electrospun cotton has the advantages that (1) the large-aperture parallel PCL electrospun cotton is good in mechanical property and cell compatibility, and is conducive to rapid ingrowth of cells; (2) finally obtained tissue engineering vascular tissue cells and extracellular matrixes derive from autografts, thereby not producing immunological rejection; (3) PCL electrospun cotton fiber guide cells which are arranged in parallel and extracellular matrixes are in a directional circular arrangement, so that histological structures of natural blood vessels can be simulated.
