Abstract

Gal4/UAS systems are combined intoone by using a linker with a certain length, and the Gal4 activity is enhanced by utilizing VP16, a carrier in one-step high-expression in a Drosophila germline cell is constructed by taking GFP protein as a label; two ends of the Nosp promotor of the carrier are provided with single enzyme digestion sites, and the single enzyme digestion sites can be replaced and can be used for exploring effective lengths and expression modes of other promotors, or controlling the expression of the GFP or not; and two ends of the GFP sequence are provided with single enzyme digestion sites, and the single enzyme digestion sites can be replaced as code areas of the destination gene to perform tissue specificity high-expression target protein; the carrier has the features of being direct, efficient and flexible, and can bring various conveniences for extensive science researchers.
