Abstract
The invention discloses a construction method of a double-layer skin model for anti-aging detection of cosmetics and a culture solution. The culture solution contains a culture solution A, a culture solution B, a culture solution C and a culture solution D, wherein the culture solution A is prepared by adding NaHCO3, progesterone, butanediamine, sodium selenate, insulin, fetal calf serum, hydrocortisone, adenine, a base fibroblast growth factor, transferrin, an angiogenesis factor and an epidermal growth factor into a base solution, namely a mixed solution of a DMEM culture solution and an F12 culture solution; and the culture solution B, the culture solution C and the culture solution D contain the culture solution A, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium chloride, C-xyloside and magnesium aspartate. Besides, the invention further discloses a method for constructing the double-layer skin model for the anti-aging detection of cosmetics by virtue of the culture solution. By utilizing the culture solution, the linkage of dermis and epidermis of double-layer skin in tissue engineering can be strengthened.
