Abstract
The invention relates to a construction method of directional ordered pore channels in an elastic hydrogel. The construction method comprises the following steps: adding a cross-linking agent and an initiator into a mixed solution of acrylamide and acrylic acid to obtain a gel prepolymerization solution; fixing stretched and oriented thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fibers in a mold, pouring the gel prepolymerization solution into the mold, embedding the TPU fibers under the assistance of vacuum, carrying out ultraviolet curing, and dissolving to remove the fibers. The method is simple and efficient in preparation process and low in preparation cost, and the obtained hydrogel has good mechanical strength and regular pore passage arrangement, can be applied to the fields of tissue engineering, substance transmission, biosensing and the like, and has relatively wide application value and development prospect.
