Abstract
FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: compression-distraction apparatus has to be triangular frames 1 connected in pair to form units 6 and 7. Frames are formed of threaded pins 2, at ends of which cube-shaped angular lockers 3 are fixed. Threaded rods 4, connecting frames together, and needle- lockers 5 of needles, mounted at an acute angular to planes of frames 1 and being made of mirror-symmetrical enantiomorphous halves. Units 6 and 7 are connected together by spatial movement mechanism made in form of L-shaped threaded rod 9, nuts 10 and sliders 11 – in form of lockers 3. EFFECT: reduced time for cure; improved reliability of fixation; reduced risk of complications.
