Abstract

The invention relates to a compound type artificial small vessel scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The compound type artificial small vessel scaffold comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer is an acellular endocardium; the outer layer is an aorta elastic layer micro-particle porous scaffold; the outer layer is connected with the inner layer by collagen. When in preparation, firstly, the endocardium is treated with glutaraldehyde after decellularization; after tissues of an aorta elastic layer are grinded into particles, and solution is prepared from the particles and then is dried in a mold, so as to prepare the porous scaffold; the material of the inner layer and an axis are sleeved into the porous scaffold; the liquid state collagen is injected intothe gap between the inner layer and the outer layer for bonding. The preparation method is simple, the steps are easy in operation, a small-diameter tissue engineering vessel is constructed through layered simulation, and the biodegradable small-diameter vessel scaffold having physicochemical and biomechanical properties similar to normal vessels, which is matched with own vessel tissues, can be prepared.
