Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating bone diseases containing a mitochondrial targeting nanoliposome as an active component. The mitochondrial targeting nanoliposome (DQAsome) according to the present invention has affinity for human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, promotes the differentiation from mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts, and it is possible to encapsulate drugs or biologically active substances in the nanoliposome, thereby being able to uitilize the same in fields of cell-based therapy, bone tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine. Therefore, the nanoliposome of the present invention having the effects can be usefully utilized as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone diseases, a health food composition for preventing or alleviating bone diseases and the like.
