Abstract
The present invention relates to mussel adhesive protein-based photoreactive hydrogel. According to the present invention, the photoreactive hydrogel can be formed by an immediate gelation reaction, and has excellent bioadhesive force. Therefore, the hydrogel can be used as a bioadhesive in the desired region of the body, a tissue filler, a supporter for tissue engineering, or a carrier for delivering drugs, etc. A photo-crosslinking composition for manufacturing hydrogel comprises mussel adhesive protein, an electron receptor, and a photoreactive metal ligand.
