Abstract

Belonging to the technical field of biomaterials, the invention in particular relates to a composite scaffold material based on an electrospinning yarn and hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the composite scaffold material includes the steps of: preparing a type I collagen solution; providing an electrospinning yarn, placing the electrospinning yarn in the type Icollagen solution, and then letting the type I collagen solution form a gel, thus obtaining the composite scaffold material. According to the composite scaffold material obtained by the preparation method provided by the invention, the electrospinning yarn can reinforce the mechanical properties of the type I collagen’s gel scaffold, and endow the type I collagen’s gel scaffold with a bionic natural tissue from the aspects of structure, composition and function, while the gel of type I collagen can improve the biological properties of the electrospinning yarn and support the normal growth of mesenchymal stem cells. Through the synergistic effect of the two, the obtained composite scaffold material can be widely applied to the tissue engineering field.
