Composite porous scaffold containing carbon nanotubes and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite porous scaffold containing carbon nanotubes and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises dissolving chitosan, gelatin and hydroxyapatite in anacetic acid solution, adding different amounts of carbon nanotubes, preparing a scaffold through a freeze-drying method and carrying out crosslinking in an ethanol solution of N-hydroxysuccinimide, ethanesulfonic acid and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride to obtain the composite porous scaffold with a stable structure. The composite porous scaffold has the advantages ofhigh porosity, good hole connectivity, good biocompatibility, osteoinductive activity, strong mechanical property and stable structure, has good biological performances to important seed cell-adipose-derived stem cells in bone tissue engineering and can be used as a good bio-medical material in clinical transplantation and repair in bone tissue engineering.
