23 Jul Composite nanofiber/nano yarn double-layer intravascular stent and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a composite nanofiber/nano yarn double-layer intravascular stent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the intravascular stent is a lactic acid caprolactone copolymer/collagen composite nanofiber/nano yarn double-layer intravascular stent. The preparation method comprises the steps of carrying out single spinneret electrostatic spinning with lactic acid caprolactone copolymer spinning solution and collagen spinning solution, or respectively carrying out twin-spinneret electrostatic spinning. The intravascular stent provided by the invention has the advantages of better mechanical property and excellent biocompatibility, and meanwhile the special double-layer structure of the intravascular stent can simulate a natural vessel structure, wherein a nanofiber structure of the inner layer is beneficial to the adhesion and the proliferation of endothelial cells, and a structure of nanofiber composite aligned nano yarn of the outer layer has a relatively large pore size and is beneficial to the growth around an axis and the three-dimensional permeation of vascular smooth muscle cells; the intravascular stent can adopt various material composite proportions, can have different fiber composition and different diameters, and has important application in a small-bore vascular tissue engineering.
