Abstract
The invention discloses a composite microsphere with a double-layer ball structure. The composite microsphere is composed of two concentric ball layers, an outer layer and an inner layer. The outer layer is mainly composed of a large number of outer layer small balls with a particle size mainly distributed in the range of 1micrometer-3micrometer, and the inner layer is mainly composed of inner spherical cavities with different diameters and sizes. The composite microsphere with a double-layer ball structure provided by the invention has strong interface bonding force, and increases the mechanical strength of the microsphere material, at the same time, the double-layer ball structure is in favor of decomposition and digestion in vivo and release of the loaded drug at the inner layer of the composite microsphere. The composite microsphere also has very good appearance and smooth surface, is mainly applied to transmission of drugs and bioactive molecules, and also can be used in bone tissue repair materials and cell growth factor microcarriers in cell engineering.
