Abstract

The invention relates to a composite membrane based on bamboo-wood hemicelluloses/gamma-polyglutamic acid and a preparation method and application of the composite membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 3-4wt% of a bamboo-wood hemicelluloses solution and 3-6wt% of a gamma-polyglutamic acid solution in a mass ratio of (1:1)-(1:9) so as to obtain a mixed solution; andputting a chemical cross-linking agent which accounts for 20-50% of the total mass of the bamboo-wood hemicelluloses and the gamma-polyglutamic acid into the mixed solution, implementing a cross-linking reaction sufficiently, after sufficiently reacting, centrifuging, removing bubbles, pouring the solution of which the bubbles are removed into a flat plate, naturally drying, peeling off a membrane, washing with water, and drying naturally again, thereby obtaining the composite membrane. The composite membrane has the advantages that the raw materials are natural macromolecule substances whichare cheap and easy to obtain, the water environment resistance and the mechanical strength of the composite membrane can meet requirements of application of tissue engineering, the composite membraneis low in cell toxicity and is qualified in hemolysis testing, and thus the biocompatibility of the composite membrane can meet requirements of application of tissue engineering.
