Abstract
The invention provides a composite material, a medical adhesive as well as preparation methods and application thereof. The composite material is prepared from predetermined raw materials, wherein thepredetermined raw materials comprise a main material, and the main material is composed of natural fibrin, a plant extract and a water-containing solvent; and the preparation method of the compositematerial comprises the step of mixing the predetermined raw materials, wherein the predetermined raw materials comprise the main material, and the main material is composed of the natural fibrin, theplant extract and the water-containing solvent. The medical adhesive is prepared from natural fibrin, a plant extract and a water-containing solvent; and the preparation method of the medical adhesivecomprises the step of mixing the natural fibrin, the plant extract and the water-containing solvent. The application is as follows: the composite material is used for adhering wounds, stopping bleeding, sealing, covering and plugging visceral and soft tissue wounds, fixing hard tissue, preparing tissue engineering materials and pharmaceutical carriers, as well as repairing and substituting humanbody tissue and animal tissue. The composite material disclosed by the invention is good in ductility and adhesiveness, and has the functions of stopping bleeding, resisting infection, degrading and the like.
