Abstract

The invention provides a composite core-spun electrostatic spinning nozzle composed of an inner pipe and an outer pipe. A large liquid balancing ring and a small liquid balancing ring are processed on the inner pipe, and the surface of each of the large liquid balancing ring and the small liquid balancing ring is subjected to surface treatment to have a micro-nanostructure having downward drainage effect and infiltrated with liquid flowing in the inner pipe; the surface of a reverse-phase liquid balancing ring is subjected to surface treatment to have the structure infiltrated with the liquid flowing in the outer pipe while not infiltrated with the liquid flowing in the inner pipe and without downward drainage. The composite core-spun electrostatic spinning nozzle has the advantages that mixed electrostatic spinning of the liquid with more than two kinds of components can be realized, great convenience is provided for processing functional fiber materials with kernel-shell structure and porous structures, the nozzle can be widely applied to the fields of drug sustained release, tissue engineering, drug carrier and the like and can be operated according to single-needle nozzles, and simpleness in operation technology is achieved.
