Abstract
The invention discloses a composite bone repairing material based on HA/CS/P(MVE-alt-MA) and a preparation method of the composite bone repairing material. The composite bone repairing material is prepared by mixing a HA/CS dispersion liquid and a P(MVE-alt-MA) aqueous solution according to the mass ratio of CS to P(MVE-alt-MA) of 10:1-1:1 through electrostatic interaction. HA, CS and P(MVE-alt-MA) adopted by the composite bone repairing material are non-toxic and harmless, the biocompatibility is good, the formed composite material is of a porous structure, the weight is lower compared with atraditional material, and the carrying capacity of an organism is reduced; the high interaction between two phases in the composite material gives good mechanical properties and compressive strengthto the material; the composite bone repairing material serving as a bone tissue engineering material has great applying potential and guides the growth of new bones after being planted in a body and promotes repairing and healing of bone defects; the composite bone repairing material is cheap in raw material, simple in preparation route, short in cycle, low in cost and suitable for mass production.
