Abstract

The invention discloses a component for promoting attachment and growth of cells on the surface of a material and inside the material.The component comprises polypeptide which comprises one or more amino acid sequences of cysteine-cysteine-arginine (CCR), arginine-cysteine-cysteine (RCC), tryptophan-leucine-cysteine (WLC) and cysteine-leucine-tryptophan (CLW).A method for promoting attachment and growth of the cells on the surface of the material and inside the material comprises the steps that 1, the surface of the material is coated with the polypeptide, or the polypeptide is coated with the material; 2, the cells are inoculated onto the polypeptide; 3, the treated material is put under a culture condition for cell culture.The polypeptide component has the ECM function, attachment, proliferation, growth and migration or differentiation of the cells can be effectively promoted when cell culture is conducted by adopting the polypeptide component, and the polypeptide component has good application prospects in the fields of cell culture, tissue engineering, development of high-biocompatibility medical apparatuses and instruments and the like.
