Abstract
The invention discloses a colloidal crystal bionic lung tissue engineering scaffold capable of orderly promoting lung cell growth as well as a preparation method and an application of the colloidal crystal bionic lung tissue engineering scaffold. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, a chitosan solution and a gelatin solution are prepared and mixed, genipin is added, the mixture is stirred and subjected to ultrasonic oscillation, and gel is prepared; then, ferroferric oxide nanoparticles are added to the gel, and a three-dimensional porous colloidal crystal scaffold isprepared with a colloidal crystal synthesis method under the induction of a magnetic field; finally, the scaffold is modified with collagen and basic fibroblast growth factors, and the colloidal crystal bionic lung tissue engineering scaffold is successfully synthesized. The scaffold has a significant function of promoting growth of lung cells, and the scaffold modified with the two growth factors has better growth promoting effect. The scaffold has a good application prospect in lung injury repair and development of lung tissue engineering scaffold materials.
