Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of biological materials, particularly to a collagen thiolated derivative, a preparation method and applications thereof, wherein collagen is used as a rawmaterial, a thiol compound simultaneously having thiol and carboxyl or simultaneously having thiol and amino is used as a modifier, and the thiol is successfully introduced into the collagen molecularchain under the action of a carboxyl activator. According to the present invention, the thiol-modified collagen derivative side chain is flexible, and the prepared different modified collagen thiolated derivatives have good nucleophilicity and good oxidation resistance, can further be derivatized through nucleophilic reactions, cross-linking reactions and the like, and have wide application ranges; with the application of the modified collagen thiolated derivatives in preparation of rapid-curing hydrogels, the important applications can be achieved in the fields of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering; and the collagen thiolated derivative has the general formula defined in the specification, wherein R is the residue part obtained by removing carboxyl and amino from the collagen molecular chain, R<1> is alkyl or alkylidene, and R<2> is alkylidene.
