Abstract
The invention discloses a collagen/silk fibroin composite support and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The collagen/silk fibroin composite support comprises a collagen-based porous support body and fibroin non-woven fabric. The fibroin non-woven fabric is closely integrated in the collagen-based porous support body. The collagen-based porous support body is provided with an aperture structure of 30-500 [u]m. The fibroin non-woven fabric is provided with a good three-dimensional porous structure and has good permeability. The aperture ranges from 20 [u]m to 3,000 [u]m. The diameter of single bright silk is about 10 [u]m, and generally ranges from 8 [u]m to 12 [u]m. The collagen/silk fibroin composite support obtained through the manufacturing method is excellent in biocompatibility and mechanical performance and is provided with a non-woven fabric structure with certain biodegradability. Tissue engineering skin construction can be met well. Then, skin wound healing is accelerated, and healing quality is improved.
