Abstract

The present invention relates to a co-culture structure of stem cells and endothelial cells, comprising porous microspheres loaded with stem cells and a hydrogel containing endothelial cells; a co-culture method of stem cells and endothelial cells using the same; and a composition containing the same. The co-culture structure of stem cells and endothelial cells according to the present invention exhibits a high level of alkaline phosphatase activities and a high gene expression level associated with osteogenesis and angiogenesis, and thus is expected to be highly applicable to bone tissue engineering as a vascularized bone graft.
